The main focus of this role is **ensuring excellence in student service and support, and assisting with payment of outstanding dues**, ranging from delivering essential services to financial and retention management. ### **Main Responsibilities:** **Student Service and Support:** * Provide high-quality in-person and/or remote support to college students, resolving inquiries and performing administrative tasks. * Manage communication flow and maintain a positive relationship with the student community. **Data and Process Management:** * Handle, update, and analyze **student databases** using **Excel** (e.g., lists of delinquent students, re-enrollment lists, etc.).
