Operate machinery and equipment with full autonomy, and verify process control, quality, and safety by interpreting technical reports, thereby ensuring departmental productivity and profitability. Aim for process efficiency and achievement of targets. Act as a driver of development for other team members in the area, providing support and training to promote process standardization and delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for loading and unloading of goods with full autonomy to maintain continuity of the production process; * Handle goods movement in trucks and railcars, as well as manage special cargo; * Monitor service quality through report interpretation, tracking and recording relevant performance indicators; * Operate loading and unloading equipment; * Guide and delegate shift tasks to Loading Operators I and II within the operations department, always under supervision of supervisors; * Guide other professionals in the area, providing support to ensure process standardization; * Ensure operation of departmental equipment, track working hours, and perform preventive maintenance to optimize departmental organization; * Responsible for ethanol dispatch, maintaining constant communication with the Operations Supervisor; * Connect pipelines to cargo loading facilities; * Maintain communication control by issuing, receiving, and verifying messages; notifying and requesting transport, loading, and unloading information, authorizations, and instructions—thus streamlining the logistics process involved in production; * Ensure proper functioning of field machinery and instruments via the computer system that controls and monitors these devices, thereby guaranteeing dispatched volumes, quality, and safety; * Guide less-experienced staff; * Dose highly complex chemical inputs in the production process; * Operate pumps and other process units with full autonomy; * Perform highly complex physicochemical analyses; * Ensure compliance with current safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations; * Perform job-related activities in accordance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental rules and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental activities.
