Job Summary: Assists in operational activities of civil construction, ensuring site organization, cleanliness, and functionality while supporting various professionals. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in civil construction operations. 2. Site organization and cleanup. 3. Assistance to masons, carpenters, and electricians. Performs operational support tasks in civil construction, assisting masons, carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, and other professionals, ensuring site organization, cleanliness, and functionality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials and tools on the construction site; * Prepare and organize the worksite by cleaning areas, removing debris, and organizing materials; * Support the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, shoring, and temporary structures; * Assist in demolition activities and surface preparation; * Supply work fronts with materials and supplies as directed by responsible professionals; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment and tools; * Perform basic masonry, concrete work, carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks under supervision; * Comply with occupational safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and technical team instructions. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or completed elementary education; * Prior experience in civil construction is a plus; * Basic familiarity with construction site routines; * Willingness to perform physical labor and work collaboratively.
