Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **About the Role** We are hiring a **Senior Coordination Advisor** to work at the airports of Passo Fundo and Santo Ângelo, RS, under contract with ECB Holding. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical advisory support to airport operators, monitoring and defining operational procedures. * Prepare departmental and team management monitoring reports. * Guide the team on routines and projects, overseeing process implementation and redistributing administrative tasks. **What do we need from you** **Essential Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields (postgraduate degree in the field is a plus). * Experience in airport operations and airport environments. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desired Knowledge and Skills** * Experience with Operational Transfer Plan (OTP). * Familiarity with Civil Aviation regulations (RBAC 139/153/107\), Safety Management System (SMS), and Aviation Security (AVSEC). * Skills in planning, communication, systemic thinking, empathy, and adaptability to change. **What's in it for you?** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
