Job Summary: Perform supervision and guidance activities in a shopping mall environment, ensuring safety and compliance with internal regulations for store tenants and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Response to emergency situations and access control Conduct supervision of internal areas of the shopping center, monitoring how store tenants and consumers comply with internal regulations and shopping center safety instructions, while also providing orientation and assistance to customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct pre\-established patrols, observing crowd flow and behavior, and taking necessary actions in case of suspicious conduct; * Fully understand the Security Plan and be adequately qualified to perform appropriate interventions in both routine and emergency situations; * Provide information and support to customers upon request, or refer them to the appropriate department for assistance; * Approach individuals violating internal regulations and take appropriate measures, subject to authorization from the Security Supervisor; * Respond within store premises during emergencies or upon request from store managers to restore order or provide assistance; * Control the entry of goods and people into the shopping center, enforcing the shopping center’s policies; * Monitor compliance by store tenants with shopping center regulations (Code of Conduct, Internal Bylaws, etc.) and issue ad hoc notifications when necessary; * Possess detailed knowledge of the shopping center layout (entrances, checkpoints, critical areas, etc.); * Ensure stairways and emergency exits remain unobstructed at all times, reporting to the Supervisor any doors found open that should remain closed; * Refer lost children to the responsible department, as well as any documents or items found within the shopping center premises; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid security guard certification or updated refresher course; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule — including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; **INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST ALSO:** * Have no legal sanctions in the past six months; * Have a minimum of six months’ tenure with the company or in the current position; **Additional Information** * **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Health and Dental Plans * Transportation Allowance or Parking Credential * Wellhub Nice to meet you — we are Salvador Norte, but you may call us “the hospitality shopping center.” Here, we take excellence in service very seriously and strive to positively surprise everyone.
