Respectful demeanor and alignment with social causes and the third sector ### **Job Description** The **Ação Social Lumen** seeks a committed and responsible professional to work at our unit in **Simões Filho/BA**. If you possess a welcoming attitude, value social work, and have experience in safe transportation of people and logistics of donations, join us in fulfilling our mission. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Safely transport sheltered individuals, missionaries, and institutional staff. * Drive institutional vehicles responsibly, applying defensive driving techniques. * Collect and receive donations from companies and partners. * Support logistics for travel between Simões Filho, Camaçari, and the metropolitan region. * Perform basic preventive maintenance checks (oil, coolant, tires, and vehicle cleaning). * Use corporate fuel card and submit expense reports as instructed. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of verified driving experience. * **Driver's License:** Valid and active Brazilian CNH Category B license. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with routes in Simões Filho, Camaçari, and surrounding areas; practice of defensive driving; basic knowledge of preventive vehicle maintenance. * **Profile:** Respectful demeanor and alignment with social causes and the third sector. * **Preferred Qualification:** Personal means of transportation (car or motorcycle) for access to the Farm. ### **What We Offer** * **Compensation:** R$ 2\.171,00\. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) contract. * **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher and Transportation Allowance. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). * **Work Location:** Simões Filho / BA.
