MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise daily distribution and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, routes, and established quality standards; * Coordinate driver, helper, and auxiliary teams, promoting engagement, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations; * Monitor loading, unloading, and product verification to ensure merchandise integrity; * Control and optimize the use of vehicles, resources, and equipment within the fleet; * Develop and monitor area performance indicators (KPIs), proposing improvements to operational processes; * Resolve incidents and non-conformities occurring during delivery, acting proactively to prevent failures; * Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal standards related to transportation, occupational safety, and environmental protection; * Conduct periodic team meetings for goal alignment, feedback, and operational training; * Support logistical planning by proposing route improvements, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency; * Interact with Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Planning departments to ensure an integrated and effective operation.
