Join TPC Intelligent Logistics! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct recruitment and selection processes; Register new employees in the RM Labore system; Handle employee onboarding/integration; Manage training activities defined by the PAT; Monitor People-related KPIs; Manage timekeeping records; Provide support to employees; Execute monthly campaigns; Respond to internal requests; **Requirements and Qualifications** At least one year of experience in Human Resources is desirable; Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially intermediate-level Excel; Familiarity with RM Labore; Flexibility regarding working hours; Strong communication skills, proactivity, and good interpersonal relationships.
