Job Summary: Professional responsible for end-to-end contract management, from bidding processes through deadline and billing control, including tax and fiscal analyses. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive contract and bidding management 2. Specialized tax and fiscal analysis 3. Due diligence and alignment with suppliers and internal departments Management of contracts arising from bidding processes, direct procurements, and headquarters contracts. Analysis of contractual clauses, proposals, and execution conditions. Control of deadlines, validity periods, billing, and contract execution. Tax and fiscal analysis: assessment of tax rates on invoices and classification under EFD\-REINF. Receipt of invoices, verification, and forwarding for payment. Issuance of service orders, provision of materials, and preparation of addenda. Publication of instruments/amendments and generation of managerial reports. Conducting due diligence with suppliers and alignment meetings with internal departments. Knowledge of legislation governing contracts. Intermediate Excel/Office Suite. Experience with contract management systems (ERPs). Experience with contract management systems (ERPs). Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or Law.
