The professional will be responsible for ensuring continuous operation of our systems, delivering excellent support to employees, and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure. Previous experience in technical support and infrastructure; Practical knowledge of **Windows Server 2019 or later**; Experience with configuration and administration of **SonicWall**; Knowledge of networking, remote access, file sharing, user permissions, and user policies. Hands-on experience supporting Windows workstations, printers, and corporate environments; Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization; Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Computer Networks, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk. * **Technical Skills:** * Windows operating systems (10/11\) and basic macOS knowledge. * Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace suite. * Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Ticketing systems (Service Desk/Jira/Zendesk or similar). * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, empathy, logical reasoning, and teamwork ability.
