Opportunity for organized and proactive professionals **Job Description**: **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support to users, computers, laptops, printers, networks, e\-mails, internal systems, and other technology resources. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment, network infrastructure, servers, backups, access controls, permissions, and shared resources. * Monitor and manage backup routines, information security, file organization, system availability, and technological infrastructure operations. * Provide helpdesk support, log service requests, track pending items, propose solutions, and maintain a record of resolved issues. * Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of company-used systems, including management, control, productivity, and communication tools. * Create and maintain IT-related controls, such as equipment inventory, user lists, software licenses, access rights, passwords, backups, maintenance logs, and incident reports. * Support internal process improvements through digital tools, automation, spreadsheets, forms, data integration, and artificial intelligence applications. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in Information Technology, technical support, infrastructure, networking, or similar roles. * Knowledge of computer, network, server, e\-mail, backup, system maintenance, and user support. * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency \- advanced knowledge is considered a plus. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, ownership mindset, and capacity to solve problems independently. * Ability to systematically record, monitor, and track IT requests in an organized and responsible manner. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in application development, process automation, scripting, no\-code/low\-code tools, system integration, Power Automate, Power Apps, AppSheet, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar tools. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to administrative processes, productivity enhancement, internal support, and operational routine optimization. * Experience with management systems, dashboards, KPI tracking, information security, and access management. **DESIRED PROFILE** We seek an organized, communicative, discreet, responsible, and professionally minded individual.
