




Job Summary: Provide support for ERP systems, databases, and corporate systems, focusing on automation and Level 1 technical support for users. Key Highlights: 1. Development of technical support and ERP system skills. **Responsibilities:** * Support for Evertec's ERP system, databases, and other corporate systems. * Level 1 user support (applications, web systems, equipment, software installation, operating system configuration, backup verification). * Automation using Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot. **Education:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program from the 4th semester onward in Information Technology, Information Security, or related fields. **Technical Skills:** * Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic Power BI, development tools, technical support, and ERP systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactive, organized, participative, logical reasoning, and sense of urgency. **Stipend:** * R$ 1\.621,00\. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance and birthday day-off. **Work Schedule:** * 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **Note:** On-site work regime, Salvador\-BA.
