Support on labor and administrative matters An engineering company is seeking an HR Department Assistant in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Recruitment and support in onboarding and offboarding processes. Collection, organization, and updating of employee documents. Registration and management of electronic time tracking, including resolution of inconsistencies. Requesting and managing benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, basic food basket, among others). Supporting payroll preparation. Managing vacation schedules, medical leaves, and statutory absences. Providing assistance and support to employees on labor and administrative matters. Ensuring compliance with labor, union, and social security legislation. Generating attendance reports. Inspecting and managing employee accommodations. Previous experience as HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Payroll Assistant, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
