




Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising, inspecting, and ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures, managing teams and processes to guarantee the quality and reliability of results. Assurance of quality and reliability of analytical results * Supervise, inspect, and ensure compliance with laboratory operational and technical procedures; * Monitor sector routines (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, coagulation, among others); * Guide and monitor pre\-analytical, analytical, and post\-analytical stages, proposing process improvements; * Ensure quality and reliability of results through monitoring of internal and external controls; * Guide, monitor, and support the team (receptionists, technicians, biomedical scientists, and other staff) in daily routines; * Conduct technical and administrative training, promoting continuous education; * Monitor team practices, ensuring standardization and compliance with good laboratory practices; * Ensure effective communication with the team through records, meetings, and institutional channels; * Prepare and monitor work schedules, as well as track attendance, delays, absences, and incidents per HR regulations; * Monitor operational indicators, collect and compile data, and prepare reports for result tracking; * Support identification and handling of non-conformities, monitoring implementation of corrective actions; * Monitor adherence to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs); * Supervise appropriate use, maintenance, and operation of laboratory equipment; * Request and monitor building maintenance services, equipment servicing, and structural adjustments when necessary; * Monitor inventory control of supplies and materials according to unit demand and consumption; * Monitor deliveries, supply orders, and material replenishment; * Support implementation, validation, and standardization of new tests and methodologies; * Draft and review technical and administrative documents (SOPs, reports, notices, educational materials); * Ensure compliance with health surveillance regulations and other regulatory bodies; * Participate in inspections and support responses to requests from competent authorities; * Maintain laboratory mandatory documentation organized and up-to-date; * Safeguard company assets; * Attend management and multidisciplinary team meetings upon request; * Support administrative processes, including participation in procurement procedures and drafting of technical documents when required; * Monitor service delivery to patients, contributing to service quality and resolution of operational issues; * Contact patients to clarify doubts and support handling of requests and complaints; * Provide technical support to coordination during recruitment processes, including technical competency assessment and candidate feedback. * Collaborate with coordination by reporting operational information, indicators, and relevant data, supporting implementation of laboratory process improvements.
