Job Summary: Logistics professional to support team coordination, fleet optimization, KPI development, and supervision of distribution operations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of daily distribution and logistics operations REQUIREMENTS: Technologist or Technician in Logistics / Administration / Production Engineering or related fields; Experience in freight transportation companies; Residence in Santo Antônio de Jesus; Driver's License Category B. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support in coordinating teams of drivers, helpers, and assistants, promoting engagement, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations; * Support supervision in controlling and optimizing the use of vehicles, resources, and fleet equipment; * Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs), proposing improvements to operational processes; * Conduct periodic team meetings for goal alignment, feedback, and operational training; * Resolve incidents and non-conformities during the delivery process, acting proactively to prevent failures; * Support supervision of daily distribution and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, routes, and established quality standards; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.500,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal voucher
