As a Junior Logistics Operations Assistant, you will be part of an essential operation for our customers, working in a structured environment with clear processes and a focus on safety. * Receive, inspect, and store materials according to internal procedures. * Pick, organize, and prepare orders for dispatch. * Conduct physical counts and periodic inventories. * Label, identify, and move products within the warehouse. * Complete records and controls in spreadsheets or systems. * Assist in the loading and unloading of goods. * Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management (even if temporary). * Availability for on-site work. * Aptitude for physical tasks and operational routines. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in distribution centers, freight carriers, or logistics operators. * Basic knowledge of inventory systems (WMS, ERP) or spreadsheets. * Training in logistics or warehousing. * Experience with inventories and invoice verification.
