We invest in diversity, innovation, and technology to deliver the best experience of connected energy solutions to each of our 16 million customers! **Work Location:** Salvador/BA **Your energy will be vital for:** Supporting the Neoenergia Group’s SAP landscape, considering its hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/On-premise), ensuring its availability (monitoring/observability), reliability, and scalability (including via automation). Pursuing continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes and resources, as well as driving their modernization in response to technological or business process changes—through planning and execution of research, and evaluation of products and vendors based on testing and benchmarking—to ensure uninterrupted operations. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee SAP project implementation and sustainment, ensuring governance over timelines, scope, quality, risks, and budget—with focus on critical and highly complex environments; * Ensure stability of SAP integrations (PI/PO and critical interfaces); * Participate in defining and evolving SAP architecture (on-premise, cloud, and hybrid), evaluating and implementing new technologies, solutions, and continuous improvements to IT services; * Support the development of corporate strategies, ensuring alignment between the SAP platform and business objectives and global guidelines; * Define and monitor strategic performance indicators (KPIs), promoting predictive analytics and operational optimization initiatives; * Manage and govern strategic vendors, ensuring contractual compliance, technical adherence, financial efficiency, and service evolution; * Drive SAP infrastructure modernization and continuous improvement initiatives—including capacity planning, performance tuning, automation, and adoption of industry best practices; * Support observability evolution and practices, including: + Proactive monitoring of systems, jobs, and integrations; + Analysis of logs, dumps, and performance metrics; + Early detection of incidents and service degradation; * Develop and present executive-level materials to support tactical and strategic decision-making; * Manage and optimize the IT budget related to the SAP environment—including efficiency initiatives and FinOps (where applicable); * Willingness to travel. **To join our team, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Solid knowledge of ITIL processes, with emphasis on governance, incident management, problem management, change management, and SLAs in critical environments; * Strong expertise in operating systems (Linux, AIX, Solaris), with experience in mission-critical and high-availability environments; * Proven experience in SAP solution architecture and corporate infrastructure standards; * Knowledge of data platforms and Big Data, with an understanding of integration into the SAP ecosystem; * Solid database expertise (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), including tuning, high availability, and SAP integration; * Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Basis across complex environments (SAP: ECC, CRM, PI/PO, UCES, and other landscapes); * Experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver; * Proficiency in configuration management and monitoring using corporate tools, with a focus on observability; * Analytical mindset, with strong capability to resolve complex problems and operate effectively in critical scenarios; * Experience with SAP BTP, integrations, and advanced SAP ecosystem services; * Commitment to compliance with security standards; * Participation in global technical committees and application of their decisions within Neoenergia’s environments.
