Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support activities related to maintaining or upgrading accreditation level (ONA Standard) \- hospital accreditation * Support implementation of actions recorded in reports provided by the hospital accreditation certifying body * Support supervision in technical activities * Participate in multidisciplinary incident analyses * Support revision or development of standards (SOPs, Policies, and Protocols) * Support revision of macro-process flows, hazard identification, and hazard prioritization matrices * Read provided materials and participate in discussions related to quality management system concepts and topics * Support implementation of quality management system tools and methods * Support annual Patient Safety self-assessment implementation **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Nursing program * Enrolled from the 7th semester onward Availability to intern 4 hours per day * **Additional Information** * Internship stipend Transportation allowance * Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has expanded its mission through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and focused on achieving optimal results.
