A benchmark in the industry for commitment, quality, and promptness in service delivery—including air conditioning maintenance, building maintenance, equipment sales, air conditioning construction, and hydraulic and electrical installations. **What We Are Looking For?** Cleaning Supervisor. **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team’s activities, ensuring efficient service execution, environmental preservation, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Assign tasks and guide the cleaning team. * Monitor and inspect service execution according to schedule. * Ensure proper use of chemical products, equipment, and PPE. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. * Train and guide new employees. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards. * Prepare activity monitoring reports. **Education** * High school diploma completed. **Experience** * Prior experience in the cleaning field. * Previous experience leading a team. **Technical Knowledge** * Best practices in cleaning and maintenance. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership * Organization * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Sense of responsibility * Teamwork **Working Conditions** * Predominantly standing work with constant movement. * Exposure to cleaning chemicals. * Mandatory use of PPE. * Possible shift work. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Adherence to cleaning schedule. * Rework rate. * Control of material consumption. * Internal customer satisfaction. * Reduction in non-conformance incidents.
