Job Summary: This role involves planning and implementing pedagogical activities, including teaching subjects, grading assignments, and monitoring the development of apprentices. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and implementation of pedagogical activities in the classroom. 2. Monitoring the development of apprentices. 3. Providing administrative support to the unit when necessary. **CLASSROOM INSTRUCTOR POSITION** Working hours: To be agreed upon (availability from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Salary: BRL 30.00 per hour + Transportation allowance Company located at **Av. Lucas Evangelista de Oliveira Franco, 530 – Aterrado** **Volta Redonda – RJ, 27215\-630** **Occupational/Entry Requirements:** * Education: ***Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Teacher Training, or related fields.*** * Additional knowledge acquired through complementary professional training and development courses; specific courses; * Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office; * Experience: Preferred **Responsibilities:** * Plan classroom activities (lesson plans); * Teach subjects outlined in the apprenticeship program; * Record attendance (if biometric systems are unavailable) and grades for activities; * Grade assignments and exams completed by apprentices; * Complete forms related to apprentice development; * Attend pedagogical meetings; * Conduct apprentice mentoring activities; * Provide administrative support to the unit when necessary.
