Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Apprentice will support the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and strengthening a culture of excellence. Together, we continue enhancing our culture and reinforcing our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Continuous Improvement Department focuses on developing and implementing initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, improve processes, support production areas, monitor performance indicators, and strengthen the culture of operational excellence. The apprentice will be responsible for: * Supporting the updating of performance indicators (KPIs) * Filling out and managing operational spreadsheets * Supporting data collection from production areas * Assisting in 5S activities and improvement actions * Supporting management routines and performance meetings * Supporting the creation of presentations and reports **Requirements and Qualifications** What Vigor expects: * At least 18 years of age; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Work location: Barra do Piraí/RJ Plant; * Employment type: 100% on-site; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Additional Information** Benefits: • Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher • Life Insurance • Transportation Voucher We believe our results come from our dedication!
