Driver Registration and Check-in * **Identification:** Collecting and verifying documents (driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, ANTT authorization). * **Affiliation:** Registering the driver’s entry into the company’s or risk management provider’s system. * **Integration:** Briefing drivers on site safety rules and carrier conduct policies. 2\. Registration Inquiry (Risk Management) * **Driver Profile:** Conducting searches and inquiries in driver registration and verification systems. * **Vehicle Status:** Checking whether the tractor-trailer unit has active tracking and is free of maintenance or documentation issues. 3\. Development and Validation of Travel Plans * **Routing:** Defining or validating the route the driver must follow, ensuring compliance with authorized routes. * **Stops:** Listing approved fuel stations and rest areas offering security and infrastructure (restaurants, restrooms, safe overnight parking). * **Schedule:** Setting departure times, estimated arrival times, and legally mandated stop durations. Common Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school (minimum requirement). * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in **Excel** (for control spreadsheets) and familiarity with integrated management systems (ERP/TMS). * **Profile:** Organized, detail-oriented (essential to avoid registration errors), and possessing strong communication skills for direct interaction with drivers. * **Geographic Knowledge:** Familiarity with major highways and routes (especially critical corridors such as Via Dutra or Fernão Dias).
