**Job Description:** The Store Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all unit operations, ensuring achievement of targets, excellence in customer service, efficient team management, and compliance with company operational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and lead the entire store team, promoting development and engagement * Ensure achievement of sales, margin, and operational performance targets * Monitor results and propose strategies to improve performance * Ensure excellence in customer service * Supervise store organization, cleanliness, and standardization * Control inventory, stockouts, losses, and audits * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and applicable legislation * Manage work schedules, timekeeping, and team productivity * Implement loss prevention and asset security measures * Monitor merchandise orders and supplier relationships * Ensure proper store functionality (infrastructure, equipment, and layout) * Support hiring, training, and termination processes for staff **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) * Proven experience in store management, preferably in supermarket retail * Knowledge of performance indicators (sales, margin, losses, inventory) * Experience leading teams **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and people management * Strategic vision and results orientation * Organization and planning * Strong communication skills * Proactivity and decision-making ability * Commitment to quality and customer service Salary: R$1\.621,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
