The candidate will be responsible for managing openings across various levels and departments, acting consultatively alongside managers with a focus on agility, hiring quality, and continuous improvement of selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment through to onboarding; * Conduct job requisition alignment meetings with managers; * Post opportunities on recruitment platforms and professional networks; * Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and administer assessments; * Prepare candidate evaluations and recommendations; * Monitor HR metrics such as vacancy SLA, time-to-fill, and hiring accuracy; * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process; * Collaborate with internal departments to understand hiring needs; * Contribute to improvements in recruitment and selection processes and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection for operational, administrative, and/or strategic positions; * Experience conducting competency-based interviews; * Familiarity with recruitment platforms; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. **Additional Information** * Experience in high-volume recruitment; * Knowledge of HR metrics; * Experience in talent hunting and proactive talent sourcing; * Experience with internship and apprenticeship programs; * Familiarity with behavioral assessment tools. ***Have you ever considered working at the Brazilian club renowned for management excellence?*** After years of rigorous restructuring work, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo has become one of the most credible brands in the national landscape, attracting major commercial partners and heavily investing in infrastructure and human resources.
