French Instructor - (Fluent - Mandatory)

Description

* IN-PERSON and online classes in the Campo Grande neighborhood and surrounding areas \- Rio de Janeiro \- RJ. * IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN FRENCH, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION. * Prepare lessons according to the brand's methodology, analyzing the content to be covered, aiming to optimize the student's learning process. * Attend monthly and weekly meetings with Pedagogical Coordination. * Prepare supplementary activities for classroom use. * Correct students' exercises, discussing errors and clarifying doubts regarding the content, delivering them within the timeframe stipulated by school regulations. * Complete the student attendance and performance report after each class, reporting promptly to the school administration and Pedagogical Coordinator starting from the student's first absence. * Complete descriptive evaluation reports for students and enter grades. * Refer students for makeup classes for sessions they missed. * Send weekly feedback to parents about conducted classes via WhatsApp groups. * Attend to parents whenever necessary. * Participate in franchisor-led training sessions, as well as those conducted by the school's Pedagogical Coordination. * Study measures aimed at improving pedagogical processes jointly with Coordination. * Assist in administering and tabulating student satisfaction surveys. * Conduct semester-end parent-teacher conferences. * Assist in organizing collective student activities and school events. * Participate in promoting pedagogical activities within the school. * Maintain student retention rate according to the target set by the coordinator.
