




Job Summary: Administrative support professional responsible for receiving customers, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and controlling access, ensuring operational support. Preparation and dispatch of correspondence * Receive and provide support services to internal and external customers. Handle phone calls and provide information to employees. Book meeting rooms. Schedule interviews, assess visitor needs, and direct them to appropriate locations and/or persons. Arrange services upon request from the administrative department. Observe internal security protocols by verifying documents and customer credibility, and notify security personnel about unauthorized individuals. Request taxis and motorcycle couriers exclusively for employee use, in accordance with pre\-established administrative department rules. Prepare and dispatch correspondence and courier packages. Issue access cards for employees and visitors. Manage receipt of items and third\-party services. * Advanced English. Microsoft Office Suite. Outlook. Administrative experience.
