Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the position: * Support incident handling within the quality management system; * Conduct inspections and surveys across departments, focusing on process quality (KAIZEN/Kaizero); * Control and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance for audits; * Participate in meetings and monitor quality indicators, including NPS; * Analyze dashboards and support development and tracking of action plans for the Bronstein brand; * Generate reports and data for internal control and decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Knowledge of quality systems and processes; * Experience with inspections, surveys, and audits; * Analytical ability to interpret indicators and dashboards; * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN/Kaizero); * Experience in healthcare or laboratory settings; * Knowledge of NPS and indicator management. **Additional Information** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs — check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Allowance / Food Allowance or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Allowance and Performance Bonus (PPR).
