Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and validate concurrent and terminal hygiene routines; * Support the organization and monitoring of the hygiene team’s work schedule; * Ensure compliance with cleaning and environmental organization protocols; * Monitor and manage the availability of supplies and linens used in operations; * Monitor routine execution and provide guidance to the team as needed; * Contribute to maintaining clinic standards for quality, safety, and organization. Requirements: * Experience supervising hygiene teams (preferably in the healthcare sector); * Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
