Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to create transformation! * Supervise in-house and third-party workers at construction sites and service fronts, assigning tasks according to demand, project requirements, and company standards for safety and quality; * Size up and guide in-house and/or third-party teams to ensure that work performed aligns with the execution project and the established construction schedule; * Determine equipment and material requirements for construction projects; * Inspect the quality of executed work, verifying and validating third-party measurements; * Report on physical progress of construction projects, validating daily logs with site inspectors and preparing civil engineering projects as required; * Update periodic reports on the physical-financial schedule status of construction projects, developing and presenting area-specific indicators; * Coordinate departments under responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and personnel resources; * Operate company vehicles when external service is required, observing traffic safety rules and regulations. * Promote compliance with Sustainability standards and procedures (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health). 251225020249539883
