Join us in driving this change — we believe in the power of every individuality to generate transformation! * Supervise in-house and third-party workers at construction sites and service fronts, assigning tasks according to demand, project specifications, and company standards for safety and quality; * Size up and guide in-house and/or third-party teams to ensure activities align with the execution project and the established construction schedule; * Determine equipment and material requirements for construction projects; * Inspect the quality of completed work, verifying and validating third-party measurements; * Report physical progress of construction projects, validating daily logs with site inspectors and developing civil engineering projects as needed; * Update periodic reports on the physical\-financial schedule progress, preparing and presenting departmental performance indicators; * Coordinate areas under responsibility, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and personnel resources; * Operate company vehicles when external service is required, adhering to traffic safety regulations and established norms. * Promote compliance with Sustainability standards and procedures (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health). 251124020246539883
