Supplier negotiation and management **Grupo Seres, in partnership with a national industrial-sector company, is seeking a professional for the role of Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Supervisor** *Temporary position with high likelihood of permanent hiring.* **Responsibilities:** * Lead daily operations and teams within procurement, warehousing, and inventory control departments; * Plan procurement activities and budgets with strategic focus; * Coordinate and develop the departmental team, emphasizing process standardization and compliance with guidelines; * Conduct negotiations with suppliers and manage strategic contracts; * Evaluate, approve, and manage suppliers; * Monitor performance indicators related to costs, delivery timelines, quality, and service levels; * Collaborate closely with internal requesting departments. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) * Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off * Work Model: On-site **Work Location:** * Duque de Caxias, RJ - Brazil Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
