The candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical maintenance team, ensuring execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines, while strategically contributing to continuous process improvement and reduction of operational failures. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Supervise, guide, and develop electricians and maintenance technicians; * Plan, assign, and monitor work orders according to criticality and production impact; * Ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance plans; * Directly participate in analysis of complex electrical failures, proposing definitive technical solutions (root cause analysis); * Ensure equipment availability, reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF; * Validate interventions on PLCs, inverters, soft starters, industrial networks, and automation systems; * Monitor machine startups, retrofits, and technical improvements; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-35, where applicable); * Monitor and report area performance indicators to management; * Interface with Production, Engineering, PCM, and Occupational Safety departments; * Maintain technical organization (updated diagrams, PLC backups, panel standardization). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress); * Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance; * Prior experience leading technical teams; * Solid knowledge of: * PLCs and automation systems; * Frequency inverters and soft starters; * Reading and interpreting electrical and control diagrams; * Industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet or similar); * **Practical knowledge and experience with Siemens equipment and systems (S7 series PLCs, TIA Portal, HMIs, and drives)**; * Experience in electrical and industrial automation failure analysis; * Proficiency in applicable technical and safety standards. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Technical leadership; * Decision-making under pressure; * Sense of urgency and prioritization; * Operational organization and discipline; * Analytical ability and problem-solving focus. **Additional Information** **Beyond a developmental work environment, we offer our team:** * Market-competitive salary; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; * Life insurance; * University partnership program; * Pharmacy partnership program; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Birthday leave; * WellHub: * Discounts on our products via our online store. ### **ABOUT LIMPPANO** A national company with over 60 years of operation, Limppano is a reference in dry cleaning, household chemicals, and home fragrances.
