Administrative support to medical and nursing staff In-person and telephone service to patients, companions, and internal staff; Scheduling and confirmation of consultations, examinations, and procedures; Filling, verifying, and organizing patient registration forms and medical records; Data entry into systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality; Providing initial guidance to patients regarding internal workflows, schedules, and regulations; Administrative support to medical and nursing staff as needed; Reception area organization, document control, and internal referrals. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
