




Job Summary: Psychology professional to apply ABA techniques, collect data, and support skill development in individuals with ASD. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training sessions and supervision for professional improvement Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and techniques accurately according to supervisor's plan and guidance; Collect performance data from patients and report it to the supervisor; Accurately complete scheduling and data collection systems; Implement positive reinforcement strategies and other behavioral techniques as directed by the supervisor; Support the development of patients' social, motor, cognitive, and communication skills; Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance intervention practices; Process data as instructed by the supervisor; Attend supervision sessions, clinical appointments, and scheduled behavioral intervention activities regularly and punctually. Empathy, patience, and sensitivity when working with individuals with ASD; reliability; strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Brazilian Sign Language is not required); excellent rapport with children and adolescents aged 5–18 years; teamwork to align with supervisors and other professionals in the field; collaborative attitude; creativity in intervention approaches; emotional self-regulation; ethics and professionalism.
