Job Summary: Coordinate diesel engine and turbine projects, lead the operational team, and ensure execution in accordance with technical and financial quality expectations. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of diesel engine and turbine projects with the client 2. Leadership of the operational team, ensuring technical and financial quality 3. Monitoring of services and evaluation of resources for projects Provide daily project coordination directly to the client across a product portfolio including diesel engines and turbines, with limited required technical support. Responsible for the operational team’s execution of the project, ensuring it is delivered according to client expectations in all aspects (technical and financial quality), resulting in a project aligned with the company’s expected outcomes. Maintain communication with the Project Manager so that they may provide whatever is necessary for the project’s progress; Monitor and oversee services performed at the workshop or at the client’s site, within a defined scope of work and across a variety of products such as Propulsion, Diesel Engines, and Turbines; Evaluate local workforce availability and capacity for project execution and the need to subcontract mechanics; Assess, based on service urgency, the need to mobilize personnel from other projects; Assess, based on local workforce availability and capacity, the need to deploy foreign technicians for project execution; Assess the need to subcontract specialized services, tools, equipment, and transportation providers for project execution; Provide technical guidance and leadership to field or workshop supervisors, managing internal and external resources (as needed) to support maintenance of the client’s product in accordance with the contracted service scope. **Requirements** Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree – preferred Legal requirements (NRs) enabling correct execution of the intended service Intermediate level of English language proficiency **Benefits** **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Work mode: On-site Benefits: * Health Insurance – Currently SulAmérica Saúde * Dental Insurance – Currently SulAmérica Odonto * Flexible Food/Meal Card * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance **Submit your resume via the link:** https://zurl.to/5eqZ (copy and paste into your browser) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$11.643,03 per month Work Location: On-site
