Job Summary: A cleaning and kitchen professional responsible for keeping the workplace organized and hygienic, supporting maintenance and daily routines. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining facilities and furniture **JOB DESCRIPTION**: \- Clean, sanitize, organize, and tidy vertical and horizontal surfaces in the workplace; \- Replenish and restock hygiene and disposable supplies; \- Perform kitchen duties: prepare and serve coffee, keep the kitchen clean and organized; \- Maintain facilities and furniture; \- Sort and collect garbage; \- Assist with selective waste collection if applicable; \- Remove and move furniture as needed for cleaning; \- Check the operation of equipment under your responsibility; \- Report to your supervisor any shortages of supplies or equipment malfunctions; \- Assist your supervisor in organizing cleaning routines; **EDUCATION AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE** \- Completed Elementary School \- Prior experience in this role; \- Experience operating a floor buffer and using a mop. \- Flexibility regarding working hours and days. **BEHAVIORAL TRAITS** \- Strong communication skills; \- Courtesy \- Proactivity / Initiative \- Professional demeanor and personal presentation. **BENEFITS** \- Transportation allowance \- Meal allowance \- Dental plan \- Group life insurance \- Good Card (pharmacy) card \- Gympass \- Sesc/Senac and Firjan agreements \- Discounts on courses and universities.
