Cleaning supply management The General Services Assistant (GSA) is responsible for environmental cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that spaces are always hygienic and organized. Duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces and glass, and collecting garbage. The GSA also handles restocking hygiene supplies and organizes restrooms and kitchens. Additionally, the GSA must maintain cleaning products and tools, respond to organization requests, and manage inventory of required work materials. Cleaning of restrooms, dining areas, and other common areas, as well as sanitization of floors, walls, handrails, doors, etc. Collection of general and recyclable waste, prioritizing selective collection to support environmental preservation.
