Here, your work directly impacts delivery quality and customer satisfaction. * Pick goods from inventory accurately and verify them carefully. * Organize aisles, shelves, and inventory addressing. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Assist, when necessary, with truck loading and unloading. * Follow internal procedures and productivity targets. * Collaborate with the team to ensure continuous operational flow. * Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Goods Picker, Logistics Assistant, or Warehouse Worker. * Availability to work on-site during the night shift. * Comfort with physical labor (loading, unloading, and moving goods). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. * Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution centers or transportation companies. * Familiarity with addressing systems or data collectors. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety in logistics operations. * History of job stability with previous employers.
