




Job Summary: A specialized pelvic physiotherapy clinic is seeking a Receptionist to manage appointments, attend to patients, and organize documentation, ensuring smooth operation of the clinic. Documentation organization and control **A renowned pelvic physiotherapy clinic is hiring a Receptionist.** Responsibilities: * Manage and organize schedules; * Greet patients upon arrival and during their stay at the clinic; * Provide general information regarding clinic operations, hours, and procedures; * Perform initial patient registration, complete health insurance forms, process payments, fill out spreadsheets, and issue invoices; * Schedule and organize appointments (in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp); * Confirm appointments with patients in advance (typically 24 hours prior); * Record messages and information, and relay them to responsible staff; * Organize, control, and file patient documentation (attendance records, health insurance forms, reports, etc.); * Access health insurance provider websites to request procedure authorizations; * Verify patient eligibility (ID, health insurance card, and physician’s referral); * Assist in monitoring office supplies and basic consumables, requesting replenishment as needed. Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 7:40 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday from 7:40 AM to 1:30 PM. Location: Downtown Rio de Janeiro/RJ Compensation: R$ 1.621,00 + Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VR) (R$ 400/month). Requirements: * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in higher education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
