Job Summary: Responsible for assembly and MIG/MAG welding, following technical specifications and safety standards, contributing to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to continuous improvement and guidance of new employees **Must reside in Itaguaí/RJ** **Responsibilities:** * Perform, under supervision, assembly of parts according to templates and execute MIG/MAG welding on A36 steel, following drawings and technical specifications. * Record parts in the system and complete the welding process. * Adjust welding machines according to established technical parameters. * Comply with safety, health, and environmental standards, participating in training sessions and correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures by submitting suggestions and sharing information. * Perform activities with quality, accuracy, and integrity, in accordance with internal documentation and regulations. * Guide new employees, supporting their adaptation to departmental activities. * Maintain equipment and the work environment, requesting maintenance when necessary and ensuring organization and cleanliness. * Act ethically and responsibly, respecting the Code of Conduct and promoting a collaborative and sustainable work environment. * Use quality management system tools, ensuring commitment to company standards. * Perform other related tasks as directed by leadership. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed High School * Specific courses: Welding Qualification Course * Practical experience: Welding activities * Computer skills: Basic * Availability for shifts and travel: Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
