PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Dentist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food voucher for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 6\.490,52 **UNIT:** Estrada do Boitata Chacaras Arcampo \| Duque de Caxias RJ \- 25251130 **JOB SUMMARY:** Performs promotional, preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic actions for dental and oral diseases and conditions through outpatient clinical procedures and educational activities. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE REGIONAL DENTAL COUNCIL (CRO). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the relevant Regional Council, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional’s full name. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the relevant Regional Council, indicating the active registration number, the professional’s full name, validity period, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL DENTISTRY PRACTICE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the record to the target position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature directly corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
