Provide support to internal departments and group units The SEB Group is hiring a **JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - EXPENSE MANAGEMENT**, to work at the Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join the SEB Group!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about the Group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control company expenses; * Verify expense reimbursements and reports; * Manage corporate credit cards; * Provide support for departmental financial and administrative routines; * Serve and support internal departments; * Support units in clarifying queries; * Assist with collections and monitoring of accountability reports; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in financial reconciliation routines; * Knowledge and experience using banking platforms; * Familiarity with ERP Dynamics is a plus; * Knowledge of accounting standards is a plus; **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; * Work Mode: On-site — at the Administrative Headquarters With six decades of pioneering leadership in education, the SEB Group has established itself as a vibrant, multicultural global community grounded in educational excellence.
