**Job Description / Responsibilities:** Supervise the cafeteria team throughout all operations; monitor organization, cleanliness, and restocking of the area; ensure prompt order fulfillment; assist the team whenever necessary; manage operational flow on high-traffic days; maintain alignment among the cafeteria, kitchen, bar, and dining area. **Desired Education and Experience:** Previous experience as a Cafeteria Supervisor, Cafeteria Team Leader, or similar roles in bars, restaurants, nightclubs, or high-volume operations. Experience leading teams in nighttime and high-demand environments is desirable. **Behavioral Traits and/or Additional Job Information:** We seek an agile, resourceful candidate with leadership presence, proactive communication, and willingness to work in an intense operational environment. The venue operates at high capacity, features live music, pagode, and nighttime operations until the early morning.
