If you possess a special talent for creating attractive and interactive content and consistently stay updated on the latest digital trends, this position is for you! **Job Description:** Position: Marketing Assistant We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Marketing Assistant** to support the marketing department’s operational and administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities: * Designing and organizing employee ID badges; * Managing and updating spreadsheets (contacts, suppliers, internal initiatives, reports, etc.); * Providing administrative support for marketing department activities; * Assisting in organizing materials and internal requests; * Helping monitor deadlines and department routines; * Handling and supporting internal requests related to the department. Requirements: * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields); * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication ability; * Ability to work well in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in administrative routines or marketing; * Basic familiarity with design tools or internal communication platforms.
