Conducting initial interviews ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Carry out Recruitment and Selection processes, from job posting to follow-up on the onboarding of approved candidates. Screen resumes, analyzing candidate alignment with job requirements. Contact candidates to schedule interviews and provide instructions regarding the selection process. Conduct initial interviews and telephone or online screenings, as needed. Support job posting on recruitment platforms, social media, and other talent attraction channels. Organize and monitor in-person or online selection processes, including group dynamics and evaluation stages. Update and maintain organized candidate tracking and selection process status in spreadsheets or recruitment systems (ATS). Support managers in evaluating candidate profiles and aligning job requirements. Provide feedback to candidates regarding the status of their selection process. Assist with administrative HR routines related to the selection process. Contribute to continuous improvement of talent attraction and selection processes. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed) is preferred. Prior experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection. Knowledge of resume screening and interview scheduling. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
