Main Responsibilities: * Perform custodial services and general maintenance for the condominium * Carry out minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, and general services) * Provide support to the building manager and assist residents * Supervise and guide service providers * Ensure the preservation and organization of common areas Requirements: * Prior experience in this role or similar activities * Plumbing * Electrical work * Gardening * Computer skills (basic computer or mobile device usage) * Good communication skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility REMUNERATION R$ 2\.144,33 \+ 20% hazard pay \- R$428,86 Benefits: * Transportation Allowance (paid in cash) * Meal Allowance: R$26,03 per day * Physical food basket * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Attendance bonus: R$110.00 **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \| Saturdays and Sundays (alternating): 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.100,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Front desk (preferred) Work Location: On-site
