Affirmative action position for women. Isabela Cury is seeking a professional to work as a **Store Assistant**, supporting sales in physical stores and on e\-commerce. We are looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and energetic, to contribute to customer service, store organization, and daily operational support — helping drive the brand’s continuous growth. This position is affirmative action for women. **Responsibilities** * Serve customers in the physical store, supporting sales and delivering an excellent experience to those visiting the atelier. * Pick, verify, pack, and ship orders placed via the website. * Respond promptly and carefully to customer messages on WhatsApp. * Support customer relationship management, assisting with exchanges, adjustments, and any issues related to orders. * Organize and prepare product restocking, and deliver goods to partner stores (points of sale). * Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory. * Ensure the store is tidy and well-maintained, guaranteeing a beautiful, clean, and welcoming environment. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and verifications. **Requirements** * Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and partners. * Intermediate English proficiency, capable of communicating with international customers when necessary. * Ability to work effectively in a team, always collaborating to achieve the brand’s goals. * Ambition and genuine desire to grow alongside the company, with sincere interest in the segment and in the brand’s long-term success. **About the Company** The **Isabela Cury Atelier and Store** is an exclusive space dedicated to the creations of visual artist Isabela Cury, located in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. In addition to the physical atelier, the brand maintains a strong online presence through its official website and social media channels, where it shares new releases, special collections, and collaborations with other brands. Isabela Cury also establishes strategic partnerships with renowned stores and hotels, such as Ipanema Inn, Arpoador, and Emiliano, and collaborates with prominent brands including Dermage, Reserva Go, Shopping Rio Sul, Itaú, and Shopping Fashion Mall.
