Main Responsibilities: * Designing and organizing employee ID badges; * Managing and updating spreadsheets (contacts, suppliers, internal initiatives, reports, etc.); * Providing administrative support for marketing department activities; * Assisting in organizing materials and internal requests; * Helping monitor deadlines and department routines; * Responding to and supporting internal requests related to the department. Requirements: * Completed high school education (college enrollment in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in administrative or marketing routines; * Basic familiarity with design tools or internal communication platforms.
