Job Summary: A Training and Development professional responsible for driving employee development, internal culture, and inclusion programs. Key Highlights: 1. Drive internal employee development and capacity building 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and apprenticeship/internship programs 3. Promote inclusion, engagement, and corporate culture **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our in-person Training and Development team in Pirapetinga\-MG. You will be responsible for driving employee development, working across Training & Development, Recruitment and Selection, Apprenticeship and Internship Programs, inclusion initiatives, and social actions. You will also contribute to corporate projects and activities that strengthen internal culture and capability. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Identify and develop training needs; * Generate training KPIs; * Deliver training sessions as needed; * Ensure execution of the annual T\&D plan; * Support, monitor, and evaluate development initiatives; * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes; * Develop and oversee the Internship and Apprenticeship Program; * Promote inclusion and accessibility initiatives; * Promote engagement and cultural initiatives; * Provide consultative support to employees and leaders; * Organize and deliver cultural, educational, sports, and social activities for employees and the local community; * Handle and organize documentation for audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with agile tools is considered a plus; * Knowledge of Labor Legislation; **Additional Information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 62 paper mills.
