**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our in-person Training and Development team in Pirapetinga-MG. You will be responsible for driving employee development, working in T&D, Recruitment and Selection, Apprenticeship and Internship Programs, inclusion initiatives, and social actions. You will also contribute to corporate projects and activities that strengthen internal culture and capability building. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Identify and develop training needs; * Generate training indicators; * Deliver training when required; * Ensure implementation of the annual T&D plan; * Support, monitor, and evaluate development initiatives; * Lead end-to-end selection processes; * Develop and oversee the Internship and Apprenticeship Program; * Promote inclusion and accessibility initiatives; * Promote engagement and cultural initiatives; * Provide consultative support to employees and leaders; * Organize and deliver cultural, educational, sports, and social activities for employees and the local community; * Handle and organize documentation for audits. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of agile tools is considered a plus; * Knowledge of Labor Legislation; **Additional information** **Smurfit Westrock**, a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging, operates in 40 countries with over 500 packaging conversion operations and 62 paper mills.
