Through excellent service, we offer the best and most comprehensive gastronomic experience, rich in flavor, delivering the finest offerings available in the region. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for: * Preparing and producing our menu according to technical specifications. * Ensuring the quality of served products in accordance with guidance from our nutritionist; * Handling food in compliance with technical standards; * Maintaining organization and hygiene in the workplace; * Ensuring individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment; * Monitoring food replenishment needs according to the established menu. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in the role is required; * A degree or course in gastronomy is a plus; * Agility; * Attention to detail; * Teamwork; * Resilience **Additional Information** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals. Operating in the city for over 20 years, we are one of Petrópolis’s leading restaurants. Our work focuses on high-end pay-by-weight buffets, renowned for exceptional quality and an extensive variety of dishes, offering one of the city’s finest gastronomic experiences. Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop located in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner identified strong demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly became customer favorites—prompting us to open a small pay-by-weight buffet. In 2002, we inaugurated a new unit in the city center, achieving great success thanks to outstanding quality and service, solidifying our preference among Petrópolis residents—and now also among tourists. Another unit opened in 2004, now located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’s most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and delivering one of the city’s top gastronomic experiences, we expanded to Itaipava at the beginning of 2021, offering an all-you-can-eat snack and Japanese cuisine service, along with a delicious à la carte menu served during evening hours. In 2023, we inaugurated another unit in Botafogo\-Humaitá, bringing our full quality and expertise to Rio de Janeiro.
